Your Role
As a Growth Consultant at ikaros, you'll be at the frontline of growth transformation, immersing yourself in our clients' businesses, and offering tailored solutions for product-led growth, experimentation, and analytics. You'll not only advise but also directly influence project outcomes.
Dive Deep: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and deliver the most valuable product-led growth opportunities for our clients.
Strategise and Execute: Drive growth strategy, execution, and optimisation for our clients, ensuring they're at the cutting-edge of their industries.
Be on the Tools: Confidently use solutions such as CRMs, quantitative and qualitative customer analytics, marketing automation tools etc. to implement growth initiatives on behalf of our clients
Convert Insight to Action: Guide customer acquisition and retention from inception to execution.
Measure our Impact: Establish and monitor core KPIs like acquisition, retention, ROI, and LTV to guide our clients towards sustainable growth.
Stay Ahead: Consistently seek opportunities to innovate and challenge the status quo, ensuring ikaros remains a thought-leader in the growth consultancy space.
Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients, acting as a bridge between their needs and our growth solutions.
What You'll Bring
2-3 years of professional experience in growth strategy, marketing, consulting or related functions.
Hands-on experience with the tools you find in a modern growth stack—e.g. customer.io, Amplitude, Hubspot, Google Analytics, FullStory, Apollo, etc... Segment knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical capabilities paired with a creative mindset.
A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
A proven record of accomplishments and a hunger for continuous learning.
Ability to think both strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesise, recommend, and take actions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience in a client-facing role, showcasing excellent interpersonal abilities.
A passion for sustainable growth, product-led strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s is a plus but not mandatory.
While the role is a hybrid position, the ideal candidate is based in Sydney to benefit from in person coaching with the core growth professional services team
