As a Contract Manager you can expect to...
- Draft, review, improve, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties
- Manage ISV partnerships, ensuring contracts comply with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to review and approve contracts
- Review new contracts and terms & conditions of vendors and clients, drafting Data Process Agreements
- Review legal documents as needed, but not limited to: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Code of Conducts, sustainability declarations, subcontractor agreements, and filling out questionnaires or assessments
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Conduct final review of SOWs and or Sales documents before sharing with customers, forwarding/checking via DocuSign, and acting as an admin for DocuSign
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Identify and mitigate contract risks and issues: reviewing contracts for short-term/long-term business and economic practicality, providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract language, terms, and serviceability
- Participate in procurement processes as requested: brainstorming about services, attending meetings with suppliers, providing advice, and initiating RFP processes if necessary
- Propose and implement process-level improvement, staying current with procurement best practices and industry trends

- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, identifying areas of improvement as needed, in addition to proper inclusion of ISVs in customer SOWs, aligning with ISV owners regarding developments, and annual reviews
- Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
- Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by providing financial reporting, budget proposals, and analysis
- Clearly communicating complex financial information in a concise and understandable manner
- Staying current with both industry trends and the ever-changing growth needs of HSO through continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, or related field; certification in contract management is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in contract management or procurement
- Experience reviewing and negotiating terms & conditions with customers, countering feedback on MSAs, and reviewing customer purchasing terms to ultimately reach a framework agreement
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
