Full Stack Developer - Remote - Pakistan

Company Overview:

Hiring for one of our Technology Consultancy venture in Pakistan.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable moving between front-end and back-end layers, enjoys building polished interfaces and can own features end-to-end. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team building AI-powered applications and scalable digital ecosystems.
This role is fully remote, open globally.


Key Responsibilities:

1-Build and maintain full-stack applications using React on the front-end, React Native for mobile apps and Node.js or Python on the back-end.

2-Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, working closely with backend and AI/data teams.
Translate Figma designs and specifications into responsive, elegant front-end interfaces.

3-Contribute to architecture decisions across UI, API and data layers.

4-Design scalable and secure back-end services and database structures (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

5-Implement authentication flows, session management and role-based access control.

6-Handle integrations with third-party APIs, cloud services and internal microservices.

7-Deploy applications using Git-based workflows, CI/CD, Docker and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

8-Optimise performance across both front-end (rendering, UX) and back-end (queries, concurrency, caching).

9-Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across product, design and AI teams.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

1-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

2- 2–3 years of full-stack development experience.

3-Strong knowledge of React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based architectures.

4-Hands-on expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

5-Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices and JSON-based data exchange.

6-Strong database experience with SQL and/or NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

7-Proficiency with Git, Docker and cloud deployments.

8-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and deliver production-ready code.

9-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

1-Experience integrating AI/ML features, model endpoints, or data pipelines.

2-Familiarity with performance optimisation on both front-end and back-end layers.

3-Knowledge of GraphQL, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or event-driven architecture.

4-Exposure to mobile development (React Native) is advantageous.

5-Prior experience working in a start-up, consultancy, or fast-paced engineering culture.
