We’re looking for an Internal Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across Sri Lanka, with the ability to recruit globally when needed. You will own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers.
This is not a coordinator role. It is built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple searches at once without losing precision. What You’ll Work On
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own end-to-end recruiting across operations, design, marketing, engineering, and technical roles
- Run intake calls, define role requirements, and create targeted search strategies
- Source, assess, interview, and recommend top candidates with clarity
- Manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding transitions
Sri Lanka Talent Acquisition
- Build sourcing strategies tailored to the Sri Lankan talent ecosystem
- Maintain strong understanding of compensation benchmarks and local talent pools
- Develop long-term candidate relationships and nurture passive talent pipelines
Pipeline Management and Process Optimization
- Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and structured
- Improve workflows to reduce time-to-fill and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Create repeatable processes that make hiring faster and more predictable
Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner with department heads to align on hiring priorities and timelines
- Build role briefs, interview plans, and candidate scorecards
- Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and candidate quality trends
Tech-Enabled Recruitment
- Leverage AI sourcing tools to identify top talent efficiently
- Use automation to scale outreach and reduce manual workflow time
- Introduce new recruiting tools and systems that improve consistency and speed
What You Bring
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong track record sourcing and placing talent in Sri Lanka
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms like Workable, Lever, or similar
- Ability to recruit across multiple functions including creative, marketing, and technical roles
- Startup-ready mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
