About the Role:

We're looking for a business-driven, execution-focused leader to report directly to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and amplify the impact of our global People team. This role will serve as a force multiplier by driving cross-functional alignment, accelerating strategic people initiatives, and helping us build a more connected, data-driven, and scalable People function. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments, excels at turning strategy into execution, is comfortable with ambiguity, proactively tackles challenges, and is confident navigating across time zones especially between the US and India.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Planning Execution:
  • Drive priority initiatives for the CPO and people leadership team from ideation to execution.
  • Own the incubation and stand-up of current and future critical people programs
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure high alignment, speed, and clarity across the people org globally.
  • Operational Excellence Alignment:
  • Spot bottlenecks, risks, or misalignments early and act quickly to solve them across people teams and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Set up streamlined, scalable processes for project tracking, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Operations teams to help manage budget, workforce planning changes, and key people operating metrics.
  • Work closely with global teams to unify practices, ensuring consistent execution of company-wide people strategies.
  • Communication Change Management:
  • Build and run an internal comms engine for the People team to drive change management and adoption of programs through various channels and mediums
  • Ensure communication consistency across US/India teams, aligning everyone around the “why” and the “what’s next.”
  • Project Management Office (PMO):
  • Build and run PMO function for the people team to oversee high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely execution, follow-ups, and consistent progress tracking.
  • Design scalable project management processes and partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Business Operations to drive planning, budgeting, compliance, and workforce initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting cadences to track the progress of strategic people initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Chief of Staff, Business Ops, people programs or high-impact project management roles.
  • Are obsessed with structure, clarity, and execution—and equally comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Have experience working across multiple time zones and geographies, especially India and the US.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with executives, cross-functional teams, and frontline leaders.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving chops; you don’t just track data—you turn it into decisions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environments.
  • Proficiency with google suite applications and slack
  • Experience in high-growth startups or consulting environments is preferred
  • Curious about latest trends in technology and AI is preferred
