About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Builder to own the CRM Tasks product end-to-end. This role emphasizes complete product ownership - designing, building, shipping, and scaling features independently. You will operate with high autonomy, turning ideas into production-ready systems without relying on traditional cross-functional dependencies.
What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle: translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions
Design and implement frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows
Rapidly prototype, validate with users, and iterate to production quality
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of systems
Monitor applications, maintain documentation, and improve engineering processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience shipping full stack production systems
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Ability to work independently with high ownership
Experience with APIs, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks
Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building CRM or task/workflow management products
Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring tools
Strong frontend and UX sensibility
Portfolio or GitHub with deployed projects
