About the role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimise scalable web applications that support growth-focused initiatives across a modern SaaS platform. Working across both front-end and back-end systems, you’ll help deliver reliable, high-performance user experiences while ensuring maintainability and scalability in production.
This is a fully remote, async-first role, collaborating with distributed product, design, and engineering teams to ship meaningful features that improve how people work in remote and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end full-stack web applications.
- Build and integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive, user-focused functionality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver growth-driven features.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable APIs.
- Optimise application performance, reliability, and scalability across environments.
- Monitor system health and proactively improve code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work effectively in an async, globally distributed team environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular, and React.
- Experience building and consuming APIs, with a solid understanding of backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features from design through production.
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating in remote, asynchronous teams.
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
Nice to have
- Experience working in remote-first or async-first engineering teams.
- Exposure to performance monitoring and optimisation in production systems.
- Experience contributing to growth-focused product initiatives.
- Familiarity with scalable SaaS architectures and distributed systems.
- Interest in building products that improve productivity, transparency, and trust in modern workplaces.
