About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Integrations, driving how Higharc connects to the broader ecosystem of homebuilding technology—from ERPs and CRMs to partner systems. This role will shape the data and workflow infrastructure that enables builders to operate seamlessly across Higharc and their existing systems.

You’ll define how Higharc integrates with critical business applications, design scalable data exchange patterns, and ensure these integrations deliver measurable operational value to our customers. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with business understanding and thrives on solving complex workflow problems that cross system boundaries.

Higharc is fully remote; this role can sit anywhere in the continental U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for integrations between Higharc and key systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and partner data platforms—from vision to launch.

  • Partner with builders, integration partners, and internal teams to understand data flows, dependencies, and business objectives.

  • Lead product discovery to identify the highest-value integration opportunities that accelerate customer ROI and adoption.

  • Translate business and technical needs into integration requirements, API designs, and workflow specifications.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create SOPs and reusable templates that streamline integrations and drive standardization across customers.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that enhance user workflows.

  • Define integration success metrics focused on reliability, performance, adoption, and business impact.

  • Build a deep understanding of partner and customer systems to inform strategic ecosystem alignment and future product opportunities.

About You

You are passionate about connecting complex systems to create smoother, more intelligent workflows. You understand how data moves through organizations and believe great integrations can unlock new efficiency, visibility, and business value.

You thrive at the intersection of technical systems thinking and customer problem-solving—balancing architecture, user experience, and strategic business needs.

You also have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Proven experience owning API, data, or system integration products end-to-end.

  • Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP and CRM systems.

  • Ability to partner deeply with engineers, architects, and technical customers to design scalable integration solutions.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, middleware, and ETL tools.

  • Technical literacy with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API testing tools.

A background or strong personal interest in homebuilding, operations, or design technology.

At Higharc, our core mission is to empower homebuilders to create superior homes and communities with greater affordability. We recognized that homebuilding practices hadn't fundamentally changed in a century, and we set out to change that by automating architecture, sales, and construction processes through a web-based platform. This vision was born from our CEO Marc Minor's personal frustrations with the home building process in early 2018. Drawing from his experiences at the forefront of software and generative design at companies like Carbon3D and Desktop Metal, Marc envisioned a way to apply these transformative technologies to an industry still reliant on traditional methods. He believed in using technology to make communities more personal and embarked on this journey, leaving the 3D printing world behind.

Our values are the bedrock of our company, guiding every decision, hire, and tool we utilize. Kindness is paramount; we foster a culture of support, encouragement, and respect. We believe focused work yields the best results, and we structure our environment to prioritize deep concentration, which in turn allows for greater flexibility in other aspects of life. Community is another cornerstone – we are an eclectic group from diverse backgrounds, and we celebrate this variety, knowing that different perspectives lead to stronger outcomes. We are committed to delivering the 'best to market,' constantly testing, iterating, and refining our solutions with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in our craft. Finally, we embrace 'critiques are critical'; open and honest feedback is vital for rapid progress and achieving the best solutions, so we continuously scrutinize our work and hold ourselves accountable to our goals. This dedication to innovation and a supportive, driven culture allows us to help builders navigate changes, increase margins, and reduce cycle times, ultimately transforming the way homes are built.
