Behind every Hero is Juno, an AI-powered teammate that handles documentation, billing, and busywork so Heroes can focus on human connection. 90% of Hera clients pay $0 out of pocket because their services are covered by Original Medicare's Chronic Care Management program. The company has partnered with major health systems including Weill Cornell, NYU Langone, UCSF, and Mount Sinai, and has raised funding from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures.
