As a Talent Partner, you will focus on hiring talents for a broad range of positions across Europe, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations & Support, and Finance. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, conduct video screening calls, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of recruitment experience (in-house exposure preferable)
- Experience hiring a range of Commercial positions (Engineering and Operations is a bonus)
- Mature sourcing skills across a variety of platforms, tools, and methods
- Credible experience in creating sourcing strategies
- Experience with ATS systems (Team Tailor, Workday preferable)
- Exposure to data-driven hiring or reporting
- Speaking fluently Italian & Spanish is mandatory
