Job Title: Aligner Onboarding Specialist

Department:Optident External Sales Team

Reports To: Orthodontic Business Manager

Location: Remote

Overview:

The available position is an Optident product Specialist, working primarily on visiting Private Dental Offices (dentists, hygienists and therapists), corporate Bodies and some hospital/clinic visits. Working as part of the wider Henry Schein UK team, you will be working closely with other team members to grow the Henry Schein business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working primarily on visiting Private Dental Offices (dentists, hygienists and therapists), corporate Bodies and some hospital/clinic visits Allocate stock to customers.
• Attend educational courses to support our KOL network
• Working as part of the wider Henry Schein UK team, you will be working closely with team members to grow the Optident focus lines
• Detailed presentation of dental materials such as composite material, white fillings, dental adhesives, impression materials) to equipment (such as hygiene equipment for prevention and scale/polish etc)
• Manage and grow the local area and build relationships with KOLs and develop new KOLs/local champions
• Attend local & National dental events

Job Skills & Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:

Qualifications:

• GCSE’s and above or equivalent

Skill & Experience:

• Experience in a customer facing sales role
• Knowledge of the dental industry (not mandatory but preferred)
• Effective communicating
• Confidence using IT applications
• Understanding of and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and in a timely manner
• Ability to use a range of IT applications
• Ability to accept ownership of tasks and responsibilities Problem solving Organising and managing workload
