By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.
Today, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Portfolio Governance Lead to drive governance and structured oversight for the Investment & Strategy Deployment Forum within the Finance function. The role ensures accurate financial tracking, portfolio visibility, and standardized processes across regions and markets. You will work closely with Finance, PMOs, and cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making, budget cycles, and portfolio performance. Workload: 0.5 FTE.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate functional/regional DISD meetings, including preparing pre-reads and meeting minutes.
- Collect and review data on G0 & G3 approvals, business cases, benefits, costs, and multi-source financials.
- Prepare proposals for approvals and track decision outputs.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of ePPM data; monitor budgets, actuals, transfers, and RAG health.
- Update ePPM with approved amounts, maintain the SFP Masterfile, and reconcile data across Excel, Power BI, and ePPM.
- Oversee ongoing projects and participate in the ePPM Product Council Forum.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders, issue notifications to markets, and support PMOs.
- Standardise processes to ensure proper tracking of costs, benefits, delivery, and due diligence aligned with the PMI value framework.
Quarterly / Annual Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews (RF3/RF6/RF9/RF11).
- Support annual Operating Budget planning: next-year budget preparation, portfolio budget line finalisation, and OB demand submission in ePPM.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements (naming conventions, benefits review).
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations.
- Communicate process updates (e.g., G0 workflow changes).
- Forecast future spending and review postponed or cancelled projects.
Requirements
YOU NEED
- Experience in Finance Controlling and/or Portfolio Governance and/or Investment Analysis — ideally a mix of finance + delivery governance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex, multi-source financial and portfolio data.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to facilitate governance forums.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with systems like ePPM, Power BI, or Masterfile is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage structured reporting cycles independently.
- Openness to partial engagement model (remaining capacity may be allocated to other initiatives).
