Senior Account Executive: Elevate Your Sales Career

Are you a driven sales professional ready to make a significant impact? Your Mission: Ignite, Persuade, Triumph

  • Catalyze Growth: Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close, including compelling product demos and expert negotiations.
  • Generate Pipeline: Make 100-125 calls per day to engage contractors and build a robust pipeline, charting the course to surpass revenue targets.
  • Innovate & Strategize: Bring fresh ideas to broaden our reach and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Experience: 1+ year in a sales role with a proven "hunter" mentality and a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Attitude: High energy, positive, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to leverage sales scripts effectively to drive conversions.
  • Autonomy: Thrive independently with a laser focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Compensation & Perks: Beyond the Base

Hearth offers a base salary of $40,000 annually with an aggressive commission model designed to heavily reward top performers. Our unique commission accelerator means top sales representatives can earn upwards of $150,000 annually.
