About the Role
What You'll Do
- Prospect Qualify: Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospective therapists.
- Lead Nurturing: Identify therapists who are a strong fit for Heard’s services and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Set Up Sales Calls: Book high-quality consults for the ISR team by understanding prospects’ needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with ISRs: Work closely with your paired ISRs to strategize outreach and maximize conversions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, tracking prospect interactions and next steps.
- Sales Enablement: Leverage sales scripts, case studies, and value-based messaging to drive engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a service-based sales environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow.
