  • Lead organizational change management using proven frameworks to transition teams to standardized practices, ensuring leadership buy-in and minimizing disruption
  • Integrate future acquisitions into the delivery organization, evaluating their processes for best practices while extending Health Catalyst's methodologies to new team members

Operational Excellence

  • Normalize delivery patterns for teams through actionable improvement plans with clear timelines to achieve repeatable, predictable delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in high performing teams through quarterly OKRs, demanding measurable gains in delivery speed without compromising quality
  • Maintain quality standards as delivery accelerates by tracking post deployment support tickets and client satisfaction metrics

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Develop formal collaboration protocols with Platform & Product Development, Analytic Services, and Strategic Account Executives to ensure seamless delivery
  • Engage directly with healthcare system executives (CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs) to ensure client satisfaction and support strategic account growth
  • Champion feedback loops that continuously improve delivery methodology based on team insights, client input, and industry best practices
