NoneWhat You Will Do:
- Produce proposal pricing and cost volume in response to customer requests.
- Lead and develop compliant, complete, and awardable pricing files and Cost/Price proposal narratives in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
- Develop pricing/cost volumes in line with proposal instructions and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional proposal team members, including contracts, subcontracts, procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators.
- Ensure the completion of compliant basis of estimates with proposal teams.
- Generate timely pricing and cost volume narratives to meet proposal gate reviews.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or a U.S. Federal Government Public Trust.
- Proven success in cost proposal development for all U.S. government contract types, with a clear understanding and application of standards involving key attributes analysis of an RFP or RFQ, and how the terms, conditions, requirements, evaluation approach, and factors impact pricing strategy.
- Experience with Government customer proposal requirements, with a strong customer focus, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with excellent quantitative analysis skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Demonstrate success in managing client needs in the following areas:
- Developing and implementing new pricing strategies to create profitable, winning proposals.
- Influencing and guiding engagement teams' proposal pricing strategies.
- Overseeing the preparation and evaluation of financial information related to budgets, forecasts, pricing, planning, and cost control of government contracts.
- Preparing proposal cost volumes, including pricing schedules and descriptions of estimating methodologies to support price reasonableness and realism.
- Leading the analysis of subcontractor proposals for reasonableness in accordance with FAR subpart 15.4 and Firm policies.
- Collaborating with the proposal pursuit team, participating in proposal kick-off meetings, and leading pricing strategy discussions.
- Additionally, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
