Lead the development and implementation of a data migration strategy as it relates to a statewide modernization initiative, oversee a team of practitioners, and provide hands-on support across the data migration lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Ability to Obtain Public Trust
- Located within the United States and US Citizen
- Minimum TEN (10) years of hands-on experience developing AND implementing data migration strategies/initiatives with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
- Minimum TEN (10) years of hands-on experience across the data migration lifecycle --- assessment; ETL/cleansing; data conversion; data migration; and quality assurance
- Consulting experience in State Government or Federal Government
- Hands-on (recent) experience with technologies such as SQL Server, Python, and R
- Significant experience adapting to a variety of systems and technology platforms across an enterprise
- Excellent communication skills with proven expertise leading teams across all size ranges (e.g., teams of two, teams of 30)
- Available to travel up between 20-25%
