Join GrowthAssistant as a Recipe & Content QA Assistant!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recipe & Content QA Assistant to support our Culinary R&D team in ensuring the accuracy and quality of AI-generated recipes and images. This role requires a sharp eye for inconsistencies, comfort with digital tools, and a genuine interest in food.
You’ll review recipes and images, flag or fix errors, and provide clear feedback to improve AI outputs. If you love food, enjoy structured QA work, and want to grow your experience in the exciting intersection of culinary content and AI, this role is for you!
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 60,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Recipe QA: Review AI-generated recipes for alignment between titles, ingredients, and instructions (e.g., ensure “Dijon Chicken” actually includes Dijon).
- Photo QA: Evaluate AI-generated recipe photos using internal tools (e.g., Hungryroot’s Parfait), approving, re-prompting, or rejecting based on accuracy.
- Quality Checks: Flag and correct inconsistencies such as missing/incorrect ingredients, misaligned naming, or formatting errors.
- Regeneration Feedback: Provide plain-language prompts to improve recipe or photo outputs (e.g., “add tomatoes,” “adjust portion balance”).
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain basic logs of reviewed recipes/photos, outcomes, and recurring issues.
- Collaboration: Work with the Culinary R&D team during onboarding/training to ensure tool use is consistent and accurate.

- Comfort using digital/internal tools and learning new systems quickly.
- Clear written communication skills for giving plain-language feedback.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking outputs and progress.
- Ability to work EST-aligned hours during onboarding for training.
