The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Administrative Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 37,500
Job Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
Assist in maintaining filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Provide administrative support to executives and managers as needed.
Prepare meeting agendas, Create client lists and candidate lists
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients.
Maintain a comprehensive candidate database for current and future job openings.
Create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract top talent.
Utilize online and offline marketing strategies to promote job openings and the company's brand within the industry.
Continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights.
Additional Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word
Must have attention to detail
Must possess good communication skills suited to a wide variety of audiences in both written and verbal capacities
Must possess strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and follow up skills
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
