We are seeking highly motivated Intake Screeners to act as the first point of contact for inbound candidate leads across the client's brands and divisions. Intake Screeners will quickly engage applicants through calls, verify qualifications, document activity in the CRM, and route qualified candidates to the appropriate internal team for next-step processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound candidate leads across multiple client brands and divisions such as education and healthcare.
- Call or text inbound leads within 30 minutes of submission (“speed-to-lead”) to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Conduct structured intake screens to verify licensure, certifications, school or healthcare experience, and discipline fit using brand-specific scripts and checklists.
- Accurately document all activity, notes, outcomes, and next steps in the designated CRM or tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Monday.com).
- Route qualified candidates to the appropriate internal team for next-step processing, onboarding, or scheduling.
- Filter and disqualify unqualified applicants promptly and courteously following approved scripts and messaging.
- Manage daily and nightly intake coverage using blended outreach methods (calls, SMS, and email).
- Participate in daily sync meetings to review lead volume, candidate quality, challenges, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate various teams to refine screening scripts, FAQs, and documentation, and identify process gaps.
- Support reporting and metrics tracking, including daily or weekly summaries on call volume, contact rates, qualified candidates, and conversion trends.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in candidate screening, inside sales, or recruitment support—ideally within staffing or lead-qualification environments.
- Strong phone presence and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, engage effectively, and maintain professionalism.
- Proficient in using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot) for accurate lead and candidate tracking.
- Proven success working in high-volume, time-sensitive environments (e.g., “speed-to-lead” workflows).
- Able to follow structured scripts and processes while exercising sound judgment, empathy, and adaptability in unscripted conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
