What You’ll Do
- Build, QA, and launch paid campaigns (LinkedIn primary, Meta secondary).
- Set up campaigns following naming conventions, budgets, and targeting frameworks.
- Maintain daily spend trackers and change logs for multiple regions (UK, Canada, Australia, EMEA, APAC, France, Germany).
- Monitor live campaigns and flag issues like under-delivery or budget pacing errors.
- Implement approved edits (sender switches, creative swaps, audience updates).
- Keep detailed campaign records and ensure files are audit-ready.
- Collaborate in shared trackers and confirm campaign readiness before manager approval.
- Pull core campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, impressions, spend, conversions) for weekly reports.
- QA ad copy and creative for compliance and consistency.
- Help document and improve campaign build and reporting processes.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience managing or building campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with campaign hierarchy, optimization levers, and performance metrics.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel for spend tracking and data accuracy.
- Understanding of budget pacing, naming conventions, and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable following clear, process-driven workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or SaaS campaigns.
- Familiarity with Slack, Airtable, Notion, Asana, or Gmail for collaboration.
- Basic Canva or Figma design experience for light creative edits.
- Knowledge of A/B testing or ad copy QA.
