Philippines onlyWe’re looking for a Data Analyst who can own analytics and reporting end-to-end—from understanding the underlying data model, to translating business questions into SQL, to delivering clean, reliable dashboards in Omni (a Looker-like BI tool).
This role is critical to how the business understands and uses its data. You’ll work with complex operational and transactional datasets and turn them into clear, trusted insights used by customers, internal teams, and leadership. 🌟 What You'll Do
- Become a subject-matter expert on the existing database and table structures to support ad-hoc and recurring analytics needs
- Work with complex datasets, including transactional tables, pre-aggregated summaries, and denormalized reporting views
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Omni (similar to Looker)
- Own reporting requests end-to-end: clarify requirements, define the analytical approach, and support existing dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and visualizations
- Partner cross-functionally to support data needs across teams
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and analytical guides
✅ Must-Haves
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Omni, Mode, Metabase, or Sigma, building and maintaining dashboards at scale
- Intermediate SQL experience (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)
- Strong data visualization skills with a focus on clarity and usability
- Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
- Client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience with professional written communication
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data quality mindset
- Systems-oriented and quick to learn new tools and data models
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, problem-solving, or productivity
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
- Ability to work PST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT)
⚠️ Nice-to-Have
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Ability to troubleshoot table structures, joins, or indexes to resolve downstream reporting issues
- Exposure to logistics, construction, or operational data environments

- Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 100,000
