What You’ll Do:

• Develop Next-Level Copilots: Build and extend Copilot Studio agents with multi-step tool calling and custom functions (Azure Functions, Power Fx, custom connectors).
• Integrate and Orchestrate: Connect agents with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Flows to enable end-to-end automation with robust error handling.
• Engineer Secure Solutions: Build and consume REST and Graph APIs, manage authentication (OAuth2/AAD), secrets, and governance.
• Optimize Performance: Implement prompt patterns, grounding, and guardrails; add telemetry, testing, and fallback behaviors for reliability.
• Deliver with Excellence: Apply ALM best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management for scalable deployments.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3–5+ years building production apps/services with strong TypeScript/JavaScript or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio/custom connectors.
• Skilled in Azure Functions, API design, and monitoring (App Insights).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Power Fx, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and role-based access controls.
