Role Summary
The Media Design / UI‑UX Specialist supports corporate Learning & Development initiatives by creating engaging, user‑centered digital, video, eLearning, and print learning assets. The role focuses on translating complex learning and leadership concepts into intuitive visual experiences that enhance learner engagement and performance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & UI/UX
- Design intuitive, user‑friendly digital and web interfaces aligned to adult learning and usability best practices.
• Develop responsive layouts using HTML and CSS for desktop and mobile learning environments.
• Apply accessibility, usability, and brand standards across learning platforms.
Video Creation & Editing
- Create and edit instructional, promotional, and leadership development videos.
• Produce motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to support learning objectives.
• Optimize video assets for LMS and digital learning delivery.
eLearning Development
- Design visually engaging eLearning experiences aligned with instructional design strategies.
• Develop interactive content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and SMEs to convert content into compelling learning journeys.
Graphic Design – Print Materials
- Design learner guides, facilitator materials, job aids, and workshop collateral.
• Prepare print‑ready files with strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure visual consistency across digital and print learning solutions.
Tools & Technologies
- Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Articulate Storyline and Rise
• HTML and CSS
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media design, UI/UX, eLearning, or corporate training design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, video, eLearning, and print design expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a corporate environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Leadership Development and corporate learning programs.
