Position

We’re hiring a director of sales to join our leadership team. This is a long-term and growing opportunity with substantial earnings. If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and have sales or leadership experience, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Team Building:
  Lead the recruitment process, by selecting top-performing candidates who pass through our automated recruiting workflows, to join our team.
• Strategic Onboarding:
  Manage and maintain our onboarding program, ensuring new hires have the knowledge and tools needed for success.
• Performance Management:
  Monitor team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Process Optimization:
  Continually assess and refine sales processes and strategies to boost efficiency, morale, and scalability within the sales team.
• Team Leadership:
  Serve as a motivational leader, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Transition Management:
  Handle terminations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to new sales processes and market trends that align with the company’s goals.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Minimum two years of previous experience in sales or leadership positions, such as Sales Manager or Head of Sales, showing successful team management.
• Excellent verbal and written - English and Spanish communication skills.
• A quiet home office setup without interruptions and a reliable computer and internet connection.
• A university degree is not required.

• Base salary of $3,000 USD
• + Monthly Commissions of $3,000+ USD
• Work from wherever you want 100% remote
• 20 Paid Vacation Days + Paid Holidays
• A workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, no weekend work.
