Your Day-to-Day

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will:

  • Process and manage sales orders daily, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time execution.

  • Apply company policies and procedures consistently to support a positive, reliable customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and support new order submissions.

  • Bring a growth mindset: adapt to change, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

As an Order Processing Specialist, your background will look like:

  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales and Project Managers.

  • Experience using online systems and Microsoft Excel; exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.

  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, staying motivated and accountable for daily responsibilities.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes as products, features, and workflows evolve.
