United States onlyGong is seeking a Sr. Manager of Event & Executive Content to join its Communications team. The successful candidate will partner with senior executives, Marketing leadership, and the Events team to create high-impact, high-visibility content for key external-facing hosted and third-party events.
Requirements
- Leading executive keynote and holistic event content development end-to-end for key external-facing hosted and third-party events, plus select internal engagements
- Shaping clear, cohesive narratives aligned to company strategy and audience needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling, stage-ready content
- Serving as a trusted thought partner to senior executives, internal and external speakers
- Driving content timelines, reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintaining a high bar for clarity, storytelling, and polish across all executive event moments
- Source, brief, and consult with internal and external speakers to create keynotes
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, executive communications, event content, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of high-visibility, executive-facing presentations
- Proven experience developing and shaping keynote or large-scale event content from concept through live delivery
- Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong executive presence and confidence partnering with senior leaders, including the ability to guide messaging, optimize and elevate content
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and delivering under tight timelines
- A sharp editorial lens paired with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience working across marketing, brand, and events teams to ensure cohesion across teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and high stakes
- Willing to travel to various key events
