Why You'll Love This Role:

As an Implementation Project Manager at Go1, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful learning solutions to our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You’ll be at the heart of enabling organisations to launch and scale their learning programs efficiently. Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implementation Ownership: Partner with our customers to make their Go1 implementation a great experience, guiding each project smoothly from kickoff to launch.
  • Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of customers, leading projects through all steps of the project lifecycle, reporting on key milestones, and managing risk.
  • Technical Training and Support: Act as the main technical contact for customers during implementation, guiding them through product integration configuration, SSO/SCIM set-ups, and troubleshooting.
  • Seamless Transitions: Coordinate smooth handovers from implementation to support and customer success, documenting key configuration details and unique requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales, customer success, and partner teams to address implementation needs and ensure customer success.

You will have:

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a support, client services, implementation, or customer-facing role.
  • Proven project management experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
  • Technical writing and/or pre-sales solution design experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with or understanding of learning and development programs is preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated project management skills including project plan creation, solution design, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting technical requirements such as SSO, SCIM, SFTP/CSV data feeds, web hooks, and API endpoints.
  • Ability to break down complex customer requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Experience providing product training, leading discovery workshops, and scoping discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed training materials and documentation.
