As a Sales Development Representative at Glyphic, your mission is to open doors to the world’s most innovative go-to-market teams, spark high-value conversations, and build a pipeline that fuels our Account Executives and company growth. You’ll be the first champion of Glyphic for prospects — showing up with curiosity, credibility, and a relentless focus on driving next steps.
Key responsibilities
Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted prospects.
Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
Hit or exceed daily activity targets (typical range 70–100 activities/day).
Own and prioritize a book of enterprise accounts with a strategic outreach plan.
Research accounts to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach to their context.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test cadences, and optimize pipeline generation.
Become a power user of Glyphic so you can confidently demonstrate and articulate value.
Give actionable feedback to improve SDR processes, tools, and enablement.
Share best practices and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven team culture.

Previous sales experience or a strong passion for sales and revenue operations.
Confident verbal and written communicator with a professional presence.
Resilient — able to handle rejection and rebound quickly.
