We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our integrations team. This role will primarily focus on frontend development using React, with additional responsibilities on backend development using Python/Django. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust integrations that support our products and customers.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of frontend features using React.
- Contribute to backend development with Python and Django, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor other engineers and promote best practices in code quality, architecture, and scalability.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment with minimal supervision.
What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership in technical design and delivery.
- Strong expertise in React and frontend development, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and ecosystem.
- Experience with Python and Django or the ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively to backend tasks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in an agile startup environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
