Procurement Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote RO

We are inviting applications for the role of Procurement Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote RO

Responsibilities

·PO (Purchase order) creation

·PO change/cancellation

• ETA Management and PO expediting - updating the estimated time of arrival in the system
• GR (Goods Receipt) posting once delivery is done
• SO (Sales Order) creation-creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers

·Procurement Helpdesk

• Acting as point of contact for any procurement related topic within the business departments

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

·Experience in Procurement

• Language: Spanish C1, English B2

·SAP knowledge mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills required
• Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
• Flexibility & tolerance for ambiguity, logical thinking, proactiveness

·Good communication skills

• Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;

Preferred qualifications

• University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);

·Supply Chain experience is a plus

·Experience in IT industry good to have

·SalesForce experience good to have
