Summary
Gainwell Technologies is looking for an experienced healthcare professional to develop and deliver data and analytic services and solutions to our Medicaid and state healthcare clients. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with Gainwell's Data + Analytics product team and state healthcare leaders to drive successful implementation of innovative programs and technology solutions improving the quality and efficiency of care to many of the nation's most vulnerable populations.
Your role in our mission
The Director, Consulting and Client Success will play an important leadership role within the dedicated Data + Analytics consulting team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic initiatives within the Data + Analytics team and in coordination with other business units and functions
- Development and delivery of go-to-market strategies and capabilities for priority data and analytic solutions
- Support end-to-end client development
- Leading consulting programs to advise clients on a range of important data and analytic topics (e.g., data strategy, data governance, development and implementation of analytic roadmap)
- Work with clients and product / delivery teams to ensure successful configuration and implementation of data and analytic technology solutions
- Provide program management for complex delivery efforts
- Provide continuity in our engagement with clients and ensure effective coordination and flow of information across business functions
- Help shape product / solution roadmap and provide actionable client and market feedback to product and delivery teams
- Work with partners to develop and deliver seamless client service and delivery experience
What we're looking for
The Director, Consulting and Client Success will be a seasoned Healthcare professional with experience in management consulting, healthcare analytics, program management, and / or technology service delivery. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for healthcare and analytics, and a vision for how we can improve healthcare and health outcomes through better use of data, analytics, and technology. The candidate must be entrepreneurial and collaborative. We are looking for someone who can work closely as an advisor to senior clients and business leaders, but who is also willing and able to roll up their sleeves up and get into the details.
Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelors degree; Masters or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- 5 + years of relevant professional experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, program management, and / or technology services
- Experience working with state and / or commercial payers
- Consulting or other professional services experience developing and delivering data / analytic services and solutions for healthcare clients
- Experience working with healthcare data and data systems (EHRs, claims systems, population health tools) and emerging digital health solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at collaborating with clinical, technical, and business teams
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities to translate healthcare analytics into actionable insights.
What you should expect in this role
- This position is 100% remote with the opportunity to travel up to ~20% annually.

The pay range for this position is $130,600.00 - $186,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
