Instructional Designer

Forward Financing is a financial technology company seeking an Instructional Designer to join its remote-first team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development, a deep understanding of adult learning modalities, and strong consulting skills. The role will involve designing high-impact leadership curricula, optimizing onboarding experiences, creating comprehensive materials for synchronous learning, and using generative AI to rapidly build training outlines and course assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development
• Adult Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of learning modalities
• The 'Partner' & Innovator Mindset: Strong consulting skills
• Live Training Expertise: Proven experience designing for Synchronous Learning (Zoom/Teams/WebEx)
• Video Skills: Working knowledge of video editing
