Fortra is seeking a Web Program Manager to oversee and drive critical web initiatives, supporting their digital transformation and business growth goals. The role involves project managing large-scale web projects, providing holistic content strategy, optimizing web systems, and leading cross-functional efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of modern web ecosystems, including SEO consultation to drive visibility, conversions, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving web traffic and conversions through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.), SEO best practices, and web optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application to web design and content strategies.
- Experience managing web development projects, working with designers, developers, and content creators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
