✅ What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and surpassing the needs and expectations of our high-profile members.
- Provide personalized recommendations tailored to cardmembers ' preferences and interests.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury and unique attractions, entertainment venues, and special events, worldwide.
- Act as an intermediary between cardmembers and various service providers to ensure their requests are met, and comms SLAs are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
- Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and popular destinations.
- Capability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in technology, including booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience or strong interest in a startup environment
- Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Though the position is remote, you must be available during US timezone business hours.
