About the role:
As the LMS administrator, you will provide support within the LMS team, provide technical support to the wider business and network of First Intuition, and administrate the Learning Management System (LMS). You will provide first-line support on LMS issues and escalate these as necessary, ensuring these are logged and resolved.
You will support the publishing team as per the processes agreed. Responsibilities will include course creation and uploading course content and resources to the LMS.
You will handle the maintenance of user accounts, reports, and other LMS admin duties. You will be keen to suggest improvements that will reduce manual tasks and escalate issues, ideas, and potential solutions within the wider LMS team.
You will provide first-line support to the wider FI network on the use of our LMS product. You will have excellent communication skills.
The role requires a good level of IT knowledge and the ability to develop in competence use of new software quickly.
Role Responsibilities:
Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Dealing with the helpdesk and supporting users with queries.
- Maintaining relationships with other key areas of the business, including offering training for LMS users.
- LMS administration tasks.
- Management of course content. This may involve content creation as well as uploading content and resources provided from other sources.
- Maintaining pathways and restrictions within courses to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Testing and QA activities to ensure all products and services are operating as intended.
- Log performance issues and escalate as required.
- Find solutions to problems and liaise with our third-party supplier.
- Responsibility for creating and issuing new reports from the LMS.
- Working on LMS related projects as required.
