What you’ll do:
- Conduct data-driven market opportunity assessments, including market sizing, segmentation, and customer need analysis.
- Analyze internal and external data sets using tools like SQL, Excel, and statistics, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Support customer and market research, including interviews, competitive benchmarking, and secondary research.
- Continuously evolve our understanding of the market landscape - supply and demand trends, competitive dynamics, buyer behaviors, and how they map to company priorities.
- Collaborate with the EVP of Strategy and Sr. Strategy Analyst to deliver actionable insights for key strategy questions that continuously arise in the business.
- Be a proactive, strategic problem solver - if the answer isn’t readily available, take the initiative to uncover it.

What you’ll need:
- 2–4 years of experience in a highly analytical role such as Market Analysis, Strategy Analyst, FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or strategic finance.
- Proven in-depth experience in SQL, Excel, BI tools and data analysis; able to independently access, clean, and analyze large data sets with a business / strategic / financial acumen
- Strong foundation in market research methods and business strategy frameworks; experience with segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM, or competitive analysis a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to breaking down complex questions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning disparate inputs into coherent insights.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mindset—you’re eager to dig into ambiguous problems and work cross-functionally to find answers.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time, exempt position during business hours (1 PM to 10 PM BST) Monday-Friday: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week. This is a hybrid role with two days on-site in Dhaka and three days working remotely.

Salary Range:
