Senior E-Discovery Analyst

Exterro is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Analyst to join its Legal Services team. The qualified candidate for this position will have experience providing a full range of support and technical assistance to clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handles all facets of importing and processing data, importing load files, creates, and maintains databases and prepares electronic document productions
• Assist with best practices and workflows for clients
• Assist with creation of search terms and data reduction methodologies
• Assists in developing effective database searches
• Manages the technical administration of document reviews
• Provides training to legal teams and contract staff on litigation support software applications
• Monitors metrics and communicates with clients, and internal team members on project progress
• Troubleshoots technical issues with incoming data and software applications
• Assists in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Must be able to multitask, have strong organizational/interpersonal skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Required Experience:

• Only those with 3-5+ years litigation support/eDiscovery experience will be considered for this position.
• Strong working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle and the litigation workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, especially written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical clients and users.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard workflows and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and to communicate with teams when assistance is needed to meet client deadlines.
• Strong technical skills
• Experience of machine learning in the eDiscovery process, including TAR and CAL.
• Experience managing customer accounts
