Exterro is seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Manager of Channel and Strategic Partnerships. As a key member of our innovative sales team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our global partner network. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of our channel business, identifying and qualifying new partner sales opportunities, managing partner onboarding, conducting account mapping, and leading pipeline reviews.

The primary focus of this position and the department is the development of a partner maturity program, encompassing program development, renewal, and retention. You will excel in providing exemplary customer service through effective communication, relationship building, knowledge sharing, assistance, and fostering growth. Additionally, this role involves coordinating Exterro’s channel development program to maximize the potential of our strategic partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the global Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to formulate comprehensive channel strategy plans.
  • Develop and expand a robust channel network, engaging top eDiscovery and privacy service providers, digital forensics, and cybersecurity channel partners.
  • Initiate and implement joint marketing plans in collaboration with partners and internal marketing team members, fostering opportunities for joint market initiatives.
  • Engage in high-level conversations about Exterro's Data Risk Management solutions to strategically position the brand in the market.
  • Perform Business Analysis, interpreting findings and providing recommendations and communications to clients.
  • Compile weekly account updates, meticulously tracking partner success and generating insightful reports.
  • Enhance sales efforts by identifying and capitalizing on channel lead opportunities.
  • Play a proactive role in early-stage business development, identifying and nurturing potential partnerships.
  • Facilitate match-making initiatives to drive opportunities, connecting partners to sellers, and collaborating closely with account teams to align Exterro solutions with specific business needs across horizontals and verticals.
  • Manage customer lead and contact activity conversion, ensuring efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in channel and sales, demonstrating a track record of success. With a minimum of 2 years channel experience.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with partners and clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proven ability to communicate seamlessly within multi-departmental collaboration teams.
  • Experience in managing and working across teams in a cross-functional nature, ensuring efficient coordination.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn product offerings and understand customers' needs.
  • Advocate for customer satisfaction within Exterro, acting as a liaison between clients and the organization.
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, addressing challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Effectiveness in maintaining a heightened client need awareness, considering perspectives from partners, services, sales, and program development.
  • High energy levels and self-motivation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
  • Previous experience in software sales, showcasing familiarity with sales processes.
  • Proven expertise in relationship and account management, ensuring client success and retention.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, facilitating seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to drive the success of the assigned line of business.
