Remote Marketing Support (Vacation Rental)

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Marketing Support to undertake the following tasks:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our company to add ROI and value to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identity and onboard new OTA platforms to increase exposure
• Monitor integration health and ensure seamless functionality with platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO
• Schedule and Conduct regular meetings with Airbnb and VRBO
• Coordinate with other small businesses to engage in partnership with Roelens Vacations
• Coordinate the weekly photo schedule and upload new photos
• Updating listing information as needed to fulfill full listing optimization
• Curate and distribute the monthly owner newsletter
• Develop content for welcome books
• Manage and create promotional material
• Management of the website to include adding new features and maintaining upkeep of the functionality regularly
• Creating engaging email campaigns to target past guests and past leads
• Social Media Management
• Active work and comprehension of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies.
• Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and SMS marketing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and start projects from scratch.

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

• Previous vacation rental experience is preferred! Previous hospitality experience is required.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Canva
• At least 5 years of marketing experience
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Internet speed minimum 30mbps

- i5 8th Gen or higher

- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher

- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
