Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with real expertise supporting CS systems and processes to join our dynamic business systems team. Your goal will be to help us improve our architecture so it's a delight to use for our internal customers so that they can best serve our customers. What you can do for Expel

• Devise and enhance the integration of business processes and systems ensuring consistency from planning to execution.
• Challenge existing paradigms by exploring and implementing innovative system solutions and practices.
• Develop performance measures to gauge and improve the impact of our business systems on organizational productivity and outcomes.
• Anticipate and respond to needs before problems arise.
• Support end user requests by providing ongoing system/technical support to users.

What you should bring with you

• A passion for bringing to bear technology in novel ways to support strategic business objectives.
• Excellent prioritization, planning, and project management skills, with a demonstrable record of meeting daring deadlines.
• Ability to run multi-functional projects and initiatives
• A collaborative ethos paired with a profound sense of accountability.
• At least 5 years of experience with systems such as Zendesk, Gainsight, Salesforce, and other critical business technologies, showing an eagerness to broaden your tech stack expertise.
• A proactive approach to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the integrity of data across systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a compelling professional narrative that highlights your contributions.

Additional notes

The base salary range for this role is between $106,100 USD and $153,800 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

This role is remote-friendly.
