Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Shared Services Solutions Information Technology team and have the opportunity to work on the configuration, security, data integrity, workflows, documentation, training and reporting of the Deltek Vantagepoint cloud environment and other related corporate applications
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Collaborating with a team of ERP administrators to support the Deltek ERP environment including Finance, Planning and CRM modules
- Active member of testing and implementation teams
- Assist in developing financial and business processes
- Develop documentation and training material
- Train staff and super users
- Manage Deltek Vantagepoint security and hubs
- Troubleshoot issues with users and Deltek Select Care support
- Support related applications including Elevia software and portal applications
What your experience looks like
- highly collaborative team member
- highly proficient in supporting Deltek Vantagepoint modules and processes including billing, reporting, planning, and the project life cycle
- strong financial experience (Billing/Reporting/Planning/AP/AR)
- strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- strong communication skills
- proficient using Microsoft Office tools
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- self-motivated and independent working habits
- experienced working in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- experience with developing workflows and SQL is an asset
The pay range for this role is $ 70,000 to $100,000 annual salary. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
