Excelitas is seeking an experienced Head of EMEA Sales to drive growth through existing and new products. The role involves leading a sales team, developing a market-focused sales strategy, and collaborating with Product Management. The position is remote and can be filled in Germany.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Proven track record in building and developing international (EMEA) sales organizations.
- Strong interest in high-tech products and new technologies.
- Experience in marketing both standard and customized systems as well as components.
- Strong change management skills: Ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on both short-term and long-term business success.
- High level of self-motivation and a strong ability to actively network and partner with adjacent functions (Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Innovation, etc.).
