We are seeking a Sales Director to drive growth and shape the future of our Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial and smart energy markets and be able to align unique insights to key customer priorities.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in business development and client relations within a manufacturing and/or engineering service organisation
  • Challenger Sales methodology experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills
  • Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts to improving customer financials
  • Fluent English, German an advantage
  • Business Travel required 30-50%
  • Minimum revenue accountability of US$5M in value-add
