Marketing Campaigns Manager

Exactera has offices in New York City, Tarrytown NY, St. Petersburg FL, London, and Argentina.

Compensation $115,000-$135,000 per year

Exactera is looking for a passionate, data-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, attracting inbound prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Responsibilities:

• Create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including third-party programs and event participation.
• Collaborate with content marketing and outsourced digital resources to support SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Identify and coordinate logistics for relevant tradeshows and conferences.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI and spend, refining future campaigns based on data insights.
• Build and optimize email marketing and nurture plans.
• Execute organic social media activities to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in demand generation.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in 6Sense, Marketo, WordPress, Tableau, ON24, and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic and creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
