What you'll do:
- Lead and support IT and Security-related programs, including compliance initiatives, system implementations, and cross-functional technology projects
- Maintain consistent and structured program governance including RAID logs, milestone tracking, and status reporting
- Identify risks early and escalate appropriately to EPMO and leadership stakeholders
- Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to track compliance-related dependencies and remediation efforts
- Provide executive-ready summaries and accurate health reporting
- Facilitate structured program reviews and cross-functional working sessions
- Maintain documentation aligned with audit and compliance expectations
- Support EPMO standards, tools, and reporting frameworks (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
- Works within established EPMO governance standards
- Provides weekly program visibility and updates
- Uses Slack and structured reporting channels for communication and escalation
- Partners with EPMO leadership for executive escalations when required
- Maintains documentation in system-of-record tools (Smartsheet)
Operating Model
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management (or equivalent experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives)
- Experience supporting IT, Security, compliance-driven, or governance-heavy initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholders
- Experience working in governance-driven or audit-sensitive environments
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to escalate constructively and collaborate effectively
