Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Shipping AI at scale
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the "Uncensored" challenge and nuanced moderation systems
- Alignment intuition and ability to optimize model steerability and multicultural performance
