As a Senior Solution Consultant within the USA Team, you will provide enterprise-level sales consultation with clients to proactively drive value-based technical solutions and capabilities to close sales. Success in this role will help to boost competition displacement on strategic sales engagements. You will also have the ability to influence product development leadership on the enterprise-level innovation roadmap strategy. Through thought-leadership and technical excellence in the sales and hand-off to delivery of complex solutions encompassing multiple products and services, you are driving the overall success of Euronet Worldwide.
Working together with Regional Management, Sales, Market Product Managers, and Product Marketing, the Senior Solution Consultant will help define the key value propositions for the targeted market segments. In addition, this role will lead discovery client facing sessions and work closely with the sales organization and third-party partners to create and apply the market segment value propositions in the development of market account plans, value propositions, and long-term solution adoption strategies for EURONET’s customers and prospects across USA..
Requirements
- Software engineer degree.
- 10+ years as a “Subject Matter Expert” in the payments financial technology industry sector
- Business Solutions management background
- In-depth knowledge and expertise of the assigned product line(s) area and related business
- In-depth knowledge of the USA payment industry practices, regulations, and processes
- Client-Facing capabilities as a Technical Expert.
- Understands how technology impacts business
- Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution and expertise in the business architecture
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
- Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving skills
- Requires excellent English skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentations.
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to perform needs analysis & ROI analysis
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently with little supervision
