Senior QA Engineer (Pre-Sale)

On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Senior QA Engineer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex software projects.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers to foster their growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute manual test cases to identify defects, regressions, and usability issues.
• Establish and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to provide input on quality assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as an QA Engineer.
• Extensive experience designing and executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
