On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Senior Project Manager on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Establish and communicate project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager role;
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is required.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
